CTI's target customers are airlines, railways, road transport and logistics companies. Our products and solutions are designed to deliver cost reductions and service improvements through better planning and execution.
Costs reductions arise essentially from better utilization of assets and manpower from optimal planning and scheduling of operations, and optimal staff rostering. If capacity is a limit, this can feed through as higher revenues by doing more work with the same equipment and crew.
Customer service improvements can be achieved through robust plans - which are less prone to disruption - and optimizing the recovery from disruptions as they happen. We also provide dynamic scheduling to accommodate tasks that arise during the day.
