TPAC OnLine Business Alerts is used to ensure all information pertinent to operations is centralised in the one area. The central repository of information is in control of the IOC and only after alerts have been vetted will they be available to the organisation.
The process is
-
Each department submits information they think will be of use to the organisation. Such information could be
-
Bad weather is expected
-
A maintenance problem means an vehicle is unavailable
-
A catering truck has broken down, disrupting catering
-
-
The IOC determines what is likely to affect the organisation and will either accept or deny the problem.
-
The published alert is sent out to everyone who can instantly view it. The denied alert is given a reason and the creator of it is notified of this reason.
-
The alerts can now be tracked as they unfold, until the alert is either automatically or manually closed.
The TPAC OnLine Business Alerts can be easily configured to cater for an organisation's individual set of Departments and Locations.

One the plan has been developed, it can be published as a report to all interested parties.
